To help extend the life of your UPG AGM SLA battery, fully charge your battery before storing it in a cool and dry place.

A freshening charge for your UPG AGM SLA battery is recommended at six months if stored at 30°C (86°F). For higher temperatures, the time interval will be shorter – as frequently as every three months depending on the temperature.

Never store batteries in a location without adequate ventilation and always be sure to recharge your battery at a minimum of every six months if you want to optimize the length of its service life.
